Purpose of the Role:
 
My client is seeking an experienced Traffic Signals Engineer to join the team in Portsmouth. The primary responsibility of this role is to undertake the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of fixed traffic signals and associated equipment for Highways England or Local Authorities.
 
Ideal Candidate:
 
- Traffic Signal Maintenance experience with an electrical background.
- Proficiency in identifying faults and maintaining electronic equipment.
- Possession of a valid ECS/CSCS/HEA card.
- Electrical qualifications in BS 7671 wiring regulations (17th Edition) and City & Guilds 2391-52 Inspection & Testing.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Hold a full UK driving license.
