Our client is of one of the fastest-growing property portfolios on the south coast and they are expanding their in-house team who are dedicated to maintaining our commercial and residential properties and grounds to the highest standards.
As a Groundskeeper and Cleaning Operative, your responsibilities will include:
Grounds maintenance: general landscaping, grass cutting, strimming, hedge cutting, weed control, planting, litter picking and jet washing.
Ensure equipment upkeep
Perform end of tenancy cleaning and property preparations
Maintain communal areas
Report damages and repairs promptly
Manage workload efficiently and meet deadlines
Track expenses and receipts
Demonstrate initiative and teamwork
Perform small property maintenance tasks and weekly fire alarm tests
Skills & Requirements:
Experience in similar roles with keen attention to detail
Full, clean UK driving license required. A company van will be provided.
Excellent organization, communication, and time management
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Must reside within a reasonable distance of Fareham
