Working for this established and highly successful provider of manufactured subcontract solutions in Wiltshire requires an experienced Quality Administrator who has worked within a quality and/or compliance-based position. Reporting to the Quality Manager and wider management team, this role is offered on a full-time, permanent office-based position, working Monday to Friday at 39 hours per week with an annual salary of £25500 plus a range of attractive employee benefits.

The role of Quality Administrator sees full responsibility for the completion and maintenance of internal documentation working on a MRP systems which collates, reports, and produces information from point of customer request, through to production requirements and customer pricing and invoicing. You will be involved in the order processing cycle, working alongside finance, planning, and manufacturing, therefore excellent verbal and written communication skills are of high importance. An understanding of the manufacturing process is desirable for this role, with an understanding of LEAN and GMP.

Responsible for maintaining material safety sheets (MSDS), assisting with internal audits, conducting customer-based compliance checks, and collaborating closely with a global supplier base for the purchasing of goods and services. Ideally already working in a manufacturing sector, your skills will include extensive telephone and email communication skills, and the ability to produce complex reports using Excel, whilst arranging meetings using Word, Outlook, and Teams.
