Telesales Executive

Quality personnel has an exciting new opportunity for our market leading client within the leisure and sports industry. We are recruiting for Telesales personnel to work with some of our clients largest brands.
These brands have well-resourced business developing market-leading products, providing a comprehensive and well-supported product portfolio for all specialist retailers.
Successful applicants will ideally have previous experience of working in a busy customer focused service environment such as telesales or customer service.
The main focus is on processing incoming telephone and email sales orders and providing technical information and back up service for our products. You will also be proactive in contacting designated accounts and advising our dealers on new products and special offers from time to time, as the business requires.
We are looking for someone who is willing to gain a technical knowledge of the product line dealing with customers either face-to-face, on the telephone and via email so you will need to be a confident and clear communicator in these areas.
We expect all our Telesales staff to work flexibly as part of the team to provide our Dealers with excellent service to our customers.
