Customer Support Advisor

Milton Keynes (Hybrid – 2-3 days in the Office)

Full Time, Monday to Friday

They are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to provide a first class, efficient & professional support service, maintaining the high levels of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Dealing with client queries via email and telephone
Responding to client queries and taking ownership of any issues
Completing administrative tasks via their website and portal
Ensuring all queries and support tickets are responded to within the SLA
Key Requirements:

Able to demonstrate experience within a customer support role
Tech savvy with good level of Excel
Excellent attention to detail
Super organised with a strong attention to detail
