We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Manager to join our sales team who can look after our UK accounts. The Regional Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing accounts across London and the UK. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, concise and organised and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Essential Responsibilities

* Pipeline Management: Looking for openings, executing and expanding sales channels in the UK.

* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive repeat business and secure future sales.

* Lead Generation: Utilize various channels, including phone calls, emails, and networking, to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

* Commercial Proposals: Preparing, negotiating and concluding contracts.

* Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities and strategies.

* Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, including accurate forecasting and reporting of sales activities and results.

* Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for delegates, address inquiries, and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.

* Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and targeted messaging to drive delegate attendance.

* Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from clients and delegates to continuously improve our events and enhance the delegate experience

Qualifications & Characteristics

* Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English

* Experience of working in UK aesthetics market.

* Understanding of the market structure and product pricing (preferably medical, pharmaceutical, beauty, food supplements)

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.

* Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

* Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

* Understanding e-commerce business type and process

* Experience in the events industry or related field is a plus
