Nelson Permanent Placements are proud to be representing our client who are an award-winning market leader with over 20 years history, a Telecoms provider based in Shropshire. Due to rapid growth they are now looking for a Business Development Executive to join their team.

As a Business Development Executive you'll be responsible for scheduling high-quality appointments by deeply understanding the customers' requirements and in turn securing appointments for our field sales team. You will be targeting specific customers via the CRM and marketing campaigns, delivering against a set of agreed objectives in line with the sales strategy.

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, energetic and self-motivated individual with excellent telephone & communication skills.

Responsibilities:

* As a Business Development Executive, you will be focusing on qualifying and booking appointments for our field sales team

* You will be required to generate opportunities by contacting potential customers from our CRM database and manage your own pipeline

* Achieve and exceed daily, weekly and monthly appointment targets and objectives

* Listen to the needs of customer and help find a solution from our product portfolio

* Help customers understands the benefits of moving to Enreach as their preferred business telephony provider

* Focus on the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of appointment activity not just the quantity, closing ratio, conversion ratio, and booking with decision makers

* Attend regular training sessions and sales days to improve your product knowledge and self-development

Skills:

* An excellent and personable communicator

* Self-starter who is motivated by targets and incentives

* Proven appointment booking experience

* Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and collaborates well with other teams, to provide a positive customer experience

* Someone who is driven by hitting and overachieving targets

* Build rapport with customers easily over the telephone

* Can spot opportunities and capitalise on them quickly

* IT Literate with proven experience of using CRM systems

* Resilient and tenacious
