The Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a global leader in the provision of Visual Display Technology and Digital Signage Solutions. You will strategically target the Top Tier leading companies across numerous industries such as Retailers, Restaurant chains, Quick Service Restaurant chains, Supermarkets, Hospitality providers, Hotels, Transport, Medical and Healthcare offering them a bespoke end to end solution for their UK and European wide projects. Furthermore, you will manage key relationships with UK Partners, Distributors, Value Added Resellers and ISV's.

Experience Required

Ideally you will be a high calibre sales professional working on large hardware and/or software projects with Tier 1 industry leaders within retail, restaurant, hospitality, transport, automotive, medical, industrial, manufacturing or healthcare. Direct hardware or software sales experience to Tier 1 clients is applicable but ideally you will be used to selling indirectly through the channel i.e. via Distributors, Value Added Resellers and working with Partners such as ISV's. As you will be working for an established leading global provider, project leads are regularly provided from partners and even from direct approaches to engage on major projects starting from a blank sheet with Tier 1 companies so effective account management and consultative solution sales skills are essential combined with a new business mentality.

The Company

A long-established multimillion pound global provider of cutting edge and state of the art Visual Display Technology and Digital Signage Technologies, both hardware and software, small and large format. They offer a complete end to end tailored package working alongside specialist partners and value added resellers. The largest global food, non-food retailers, restaurant chains inc. fast food quick service restaurants and other hospitality providers e.g. pub chains and hotels rely on their ability to deliver their corporate branding / messaging effectively across their complete physical estate and other major non retail providers for industrial applications in medical, healthcare, transport, pharmaceutical, warehousing, automotive and manufacturing.

The Package

Initial indications from the client are a base salary of between £75,000 to £85,000 depending on your experience and proven performance in successfully securing contract orders of hardware or software into Tier 1 major projects, selling through the channel. An uncapped OTE of £120,000 is achievable although there are existing members of the team earning in excess of this amount. This extensive package also comes with a company car / allowance, home office, laptop, mobile phone, private health care and pension.
