Role Overview: As the Business Development Manager, you'll lead the sales strategy, working closely with the Managing Director and Executive Leadership team. You'll drive new business initiatives, foster client relationships, and ensure every customer interaction reflects the company's commitment to innovation and excellence.
Skills Required:
* Experience: 5 years in a Business Development Manager or senior sales role within a Production/Creative Agency or a similar industry
* Track Record: Proven success in sales and business growth.
* Skills: Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills. Strong consultative, influencing, and negotiation abilities. Financially astute with a broad commercial understanding.
* Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office. Understanding marketing is desirable.
* Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, driven, independent, and a strong team player. Effective time management and high administrative skills. Flexibility for international travel.
