About the Role: As an Advanced Practitioner or Team Manager within our safeguarding teams, you'll play a crucial role in creatively solving problems and keeping children and families together. You'll work alongside a supportive team of professionals, including Social Workers and Newly Qualified Social Workers, to deliver purposeful and effective social care. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing expert analysis and decision-making to ensure high-quality practice.
Offering supervision, performance management, and improvement techniques
Managing a complex and diverse caseload to the required standards
Contributing to our improvement journey and promoting best practice in social workAbout You: We're looking for qualified social workers who have completed their ASYE and possess a deep commitment to delivering best practice and support to children and families. To excel in these roles, you should have:

Strong analytical and decision-making skills
A desire to continuously develop your social work expertise.
