A highly reputable boutique commercial firm in central London is looking to recruit a construction solicitor to work directly with the Lead Partner on a full time permanent basis. Hybrid working 2-3 days from home.
The work covers JCT contracts, warranties, joint ventures, developments, property contracts, forward funding agreements and transactions with interaction between the property owner, constructers and third parties, i.e. social housing, energy centres, etc.
The successful candidate will be at least 1 year PQE and must have a detailed working understanding of development agreements.
