Head Chef, W12 London £60k - £70k

We are recruiting for a passionate Head Chef to join our clients' team at this stunning restaurant based in W12, London.

Located in the heart of a diverse part of London, this all day restaurant combines modern Thai flavours with American diner resulting in a diverse and exciting menu.

As the Head Chef, you will
* Have a passion and knowledge of modern Thai/Asian food and flavours
* Be fully responsible for the kitchen operation from start to finish
* Lead, manage and develop a large team ensuring a high standard
* Take full responsibility for all kitchen/food financials including budget, cost control, GP and labour
* Constantly drive innovation and develop menus to fit the restaurant's vision

You, as our ideal candidate, would be
* Experienced in a similar Head Chef position with a minimum of 3 years' at this level
* Proven in leading, managing and developing a large kitchen team
* Passionate about Thai/Asian flavours and be able to create modern trendy menus based on these
* Genuinely passionate about fresh food and ingredients
* Financially astute managing kitchen costs and keeping to budget
* An excellent communicator with exceptional organizational skills
* Calm and level headed with the ability to problem solve in rational manner
