DBS Kitchen Assistant- EN3 Area
A DBS kitchen assistant is needed to assist the head chef & team with the tasks below:
* Prep jobs given by the head chef , could be cutting , grating , making a certain dish or garnish.
* Cleaning duties of the kitchen area.
* Helping to serve on the counter at busy times
* Assisting with paperwork where required for cooking temps , reheating temps & fridge / freezer temps.
* Assisting with pot washing
* Helping the team to set up the servery area
The role is cover work from Monday 22nd April to Tuesday 07th May.
The working hours are Monday - Friday 7.00am-3.00pm
The rate of pay is £13.67 per hour
If all goes well there will be lots of cover work that will be available, some longer term and some short term and if a permanent role comes up then you will be first in line
