We are seeking a highly experienced qualified professional who can immediately take up the finance reins for this small Trust.
Reporting to the CFO, you will provide robust management accounts and budget reports to the SLT and Governors. Producing consolidated monthly reports, balance sheet reconciliation and cashflow analysis. for the flagship secondary academy.
You will lead on the completion and submissions of all EFSA returns, production of annual statutory accounts and support the CFO on any ad hoc projects.
Leading a small team of three staff, you will possess a good working knowledge of IMP Budgeting system and Xero Accounting as there will be minimal training on the job.
The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant or QBE with a good financial track recording working within secondary or higher education.
We are seeking an individual with excellent attention to detail, strong interpersonal and IT skills, who is an effective problem solver.
This is a hybrid role, working two days from home, two days based in North London and one day in East London.
Immediate start for the successful applicant and you will possess, or be subject to, an Enhanced DBS check.
