We are collaborating with an international and world-leading real estate consultancy and investment management business with over £3 billion under management. You would join a well-established yet rapidly expanding investment team, responsible for open/closed-end direct funds, including listed REITs.
The business also manages joint ventures and separate accounts, catering to specific and individual client needs. This approach allows for a more consultative angle, utilising stakeholder management skills to determine best practices for clients.
This role presents an excellent opportunity for a current assistant fund accountant looking to progress, or an individual with comprehensive finance experience seeking complete ownership in their next role and management of your own clients. Additional responsibilities include:
Producing statutory reporting, investor reporting, board papers, and NAV calculations.
Establishing and nurturing strong working relationships between the team and its internal/external clients and suppliers.
Undertaking ad-hoc projects.
Providing support on new bids.
This role offers a salary of £45k+ discretionary bonus and provides a hybrid working arrangement, allowing for 2/3 days working from home
