Your new company
This is a tech consultancy business that works with countries' leading brands across a diverse range of industries, from water and energy to retail and charity. This is a business that prides themselves on developing their staff and providing a world-class service to their clients. They are now looking for an Assistant Accountant due to the last person to hold the position being promoted.
Your new role
You will be responsible for Supplier, Employee and Associate set up, maintenance and removal. You will also be assisting with the management of expense processing for employee cash and credit card submissions and processing purchase invoices. You will also be responsible for the preparation of payment runs, collating and approving invoices, invoice allocations and purchase ledger / supplier reconciliations.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to build excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders, have a proactive and inquisitive mindset, as well as a keen eye for detail. They are looking for someone who has a desire to forge a career in finance and obtain an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
