Are you a Mechanical Engineer feeling stagnant in your current role and looking for a new challenge? An exciting opportunity to join a Building Services company based at a fantastic site in Westminster, as a Senior Mechanical Engineer / Supervisor looking to take a step up into management.
The role will be acting as the lead engineer / supervisor within the team of 4 engineers, whilst carrying out planned and reactive commercial maintenance.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Planned and reactive maintenance - HVAC, Mechanical & Electrical
Pumps and motors
Resistance tests on pumps and motors
Maintenance on AHUs and FCUs
Cooling systems
Heat exchangers
Water treatment
Cooling towers
Chillers
Diesel pumps
Basic electrical understanding of systems
Lead engineer within the team - Mechanical bias Hours of Work & Package Information
£45,000 - £48,000 Depending On Experience
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
Training and progression opportunities Requirements
Strong mechanical understanding
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Basic electrical knowledge
