MLE Engineer - Azure
SR2 is recruiting for one of the UK's leading AI companies and looking for a Machine Learning Engineer (MLE) on an outside IR35 contract basis.
Responsibilities:
Building software and infrastructure that leverages Machine Learning
Creating reusable, scalable tools to enable better delivery of ML systems
Improving existing systems to enable more scalable, reliable, and maintainable ML systems
Working with our customers to help understand their needs
Working with data scientists and engineers to develop best practices and new technologiesExperience required:
Technical experience of cloud architecture, system design, security, and deployment
Understanding of and interest in the full machine learning lifecycle, including deployment of trained ML models using common frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and ideally Azure managed ones (Azure ML Workspace, Azure ML Studio)
Experience in Software Engineering including programming and development of applications in Python (e.g. FastAPI)
Demonstrable experience with containers (Docker). Kubernetes experience is desirable, but not required
Experience deploying Generative AI applications is desirable (e.g. RAG systems, LLM fine-tuning, etc.)This role is looking to start on June 3rd and run for an initial 10 weeks. Please apply for further details
