Job Summary:
Role:
This role is part of the "Data Discovery and Integrity Team" within the "Data Management Hub". We expect that each team member will spend part of their time supporting the new cloud-based Enterprise Data Platform.
Responsibilities:
· Existing Data Catalogue product:
* Fix the quality of entries. Work with developers on improvements for the tool.
* Work with Service Design to capture User Needs around the search and discovery of data i.e. what do users around the Bank want from such as a tool.
· Data Quality:
* Input into the framework for Data Quality, reporting proposals and associated support materials for the burgeoning DQ service.
· Metadata:
* Capture metadata and describe data for datasets being on-boarded onto the existing Data and Analytics Platform.
Depending on experience there will be occasions whereby the candidate will also get involved in all-hands business process designs, testing and other workshops for the cloud[1]based Enterprise Data Platform. However, this is not the core of the role, the core part of the role is the above activities
