The Role:
My client is on the lookout for a fully fledged Site Manager to join one of their flag ship projects in Central London. The right candidate would be responsible for running the program from start to completion working collaboratively with a visiting contracts manager. This role requires a Site manager with a proven track record of delivering successful Cat A / B fit outs or Cut & Carve projects.
Experience:
At least 5 years of proven experience working as a Site Manager looking after various units at one time specifically on fit out projects. Good Technical background (Ideally a trade). Steady track record, PC Literate (all MS Office and Site Software)
This position could also be known as: Construction Manager, Site Manager, Senior Site Manager or Senior Construction Manager
