Freelance No1 Site Manager
Internal Fit Out and some external alterations to a retail unit in Muswell Hill, North London, with residential residents above, on a high street.
Our client are looking for a Competent Site manager who can run their own project, orgainise and schedule sub contractors, manage deliveries and logistics, good at managing relationships with local residents and businesses, whilst managing the project, quality and programme.
MUST posses either a Black OR White CSCS card, SMSTS & First Aid, good communication and management skills and IT literate.
Reporting into a Visiting Contracts Manager
14 weeks programme, starting 3rd June 2024, ideally they will want someone to start the week before (28th May) day after Bank holiday.
Day rate circa £300 per day
