Junior Quantity Surveyor - High End Residential - West London
A growing main contractor within the high end residential sector are seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. It will be an office based role in West London overseeing very high end luxury developments for high net worth clients.
Key Duties:
* Issue accurate monthly applications and payment notification
* Monitor project progress
* Provide financial reports to line managers
* Work closely with Project Managers and provide commercial support
* Participate in site meetings
* Assist in contractural matters
The ideal candidate will having experience working for a main contractor (preferably in the high end sector), be degree qualified and have the right attitude to progress within the industry
