Job Title: HVAC / GAS Engineer

Job Description: As an HVAC / GAS Engineer at Commercial Maintenance Solutions Ltd., you will play a vital role in maintaining the HVAC and gas systems in a variety of commercial settings, including food retail, hospitals, and industrial facilities. This position primarily involves Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance, with minimal installation work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct routine Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on HVAC and gas systems to ensure optimal functionality.
* Respond promptly to Reactive Maintenance requests, diagnosing and resolving HVAC and gas-related issues.
* Perform safety checks and inspections in accordance with industry regulations.
* Collaborate with a diverse range of commercial clients, including food retail, hospitals, and industrial sites.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
* Travel to various client sites in Leamington and Watford areas.

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Strong knowledge of HVAC and gas systems, safety protocols, and industry regulations.
* Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
* Willingness to travel within the Leamington and Watford areas.
* Availability for overtime when required.
