Job & Company Summary
Multinational M&E Company are seeking an experienced electrical Project Manager to join their BMS Project division working on large one-off projects throughout the country and manage Planned upgrade programmes with clients throughout London and the home counties.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Carry out project design including generating technical submissions and reviewing external design engineering.
* Prepare O&M manuals and other documentation such as commissioning/witnessing packs.
* Attend site progress meetings when required, including project review meetings and produce weekly project reports.
* Overall responsibility for submitting project variations and interim applications for payment.
* Co-ordinate with estimating/sales team at a technical/commercial level
* Attend project handover meetings as required.
* Create & manage a project programme of works.
* Prepare monthly revenue forecast and C2C reports.
Person Specification / Qualifications
* Technical expertise on multiple BMS/HVAC products
* Commercial awareness
* Strong leadership qualities
* Exceptional time management and organisational skills
* Self-motivated, responsible, and accountable
* Customer Service Skills – ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
