4site is looking for an Assistant Site Manager with residential refurbishment experience to deliver a project in Central London.
Our Client is an established prime residential contractor who has been running for over 10 years. They have built an excellent reputation in the high-end residential refurbishment sector throughout London. The mostly work on projects valued between £1m to £3m and all around the Kensington/Chelsea area.
They are on the lookout for an Assistant Site Manager to come on board and help to successfully lead one of their upcoming projects. You will be working under a Project Manager and Site Manager assisting with all types of tasks throughout the construction of the proejcts.
The ideal candidate for this role will:
Have a minimum of 1 years of high-end/prime residential refurbishment experience on projects around £2m
Have a degree background
Be detailed and organised
SMSTS, First aid, and CSCS are a preferred
