has a brilliant opportunity for a Client Relationship Manager to join a highly reputable Professional Services business based in Newton Abbot.

The Client Relationship Manager here is responsible for providing exceptional administrative and client service support to the Consultants and ensures a seamless experience for clients throughout the entire lifecycle, from initial inquiry to ongoing account management. This role may also support other companies within the group as needed.

The Client Relationship Manager’s Key Responsibilities will be;

Client Experience

Serve as the friendly, professional face of the company for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Expertly manage Consultants' calendars, scheduling client meetings and consultations
Liaise with clients to address administrative questions and ensure expectations are exceeded
Coordinate all client meeting preparations and follow-up actions in a timely manner

Account Management

Prepare comprehensive meeting documentation including new account paperwork 
Accurately complete, submit, and follow up on new account applications adhering to compliance standards
Review documentation for completeness and request additional client information as needed
Maintain updated client records and document interactions in the CRM system

Client Review Process

Organise periodic client review meetings according to the established process
Generate client reports, review materials, and maintain compliant files
Ensure review action items are promptly implemented and follow-up communications sent

General Support

Provide administrative assistance including scanning, copying, correspondence, and special projects 
Provide cross-training support and backup coverage for other specialists 
Identify and escalate potential risk issues to the Practice Manager
Continuously develop industry knowledge and skills to elevate team capabilities

The ideal candidate will have;

Exceptional organisational abilities and superb attention to detail
Proficiency in managing multiple priorities and working under pressure
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Advanced capabilities with CRM databases, Microsoft Office, and related software
Dedication to consistently delivering high-quality work with a commitment to timeliness 
Self-motivated with a solutions-oriented mindset and sense of ownership
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Composed demeanour with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
