We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor on behalf of our client, a Tier 1 M&E contractor
Location: Bexhill, near Hastings - hybrid working, between site, office and remote. Project is a large new build care facility. You will then be moved on to projects near London.
Contract: Permanent, Full Time.
Responsibilities
Are you looking for the next step in you're career? As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you'll be working within the M&E Division delivering a key Project in Bexhill.
Your day to day will include:
* Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project
* Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities
* Liaise with clients, contractors and subcontractors to ensure the budget requirements are met
Skill Set
* Have experience from a similar role within the construction M&E industry.
* Are proficient in the use of MS Office, with a focus on Excel.
* Are degree qualified and able to demonstrate strong communication.
