Our client is a well run and busy dynamic contractor whom are looking for an Gruduate Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding commercial department.
Due to recent project wins an opportunity has arisen for a Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the team.
This role would suit some body looking for a long term career opportunity and looking to make a day to day impact on the business they are working for.
You will ideally have experience of surveying and costing on fit - out projects-
Key responsibilities
Assisting Surveying Manager
Produce valuations and payment applications
It is essential to have the knowledge and confidence to be able to take site measurements and pricing.
Identify changes to works information
Costing variations
Understanding of quality control, material scheduling etc
Subcontract account management
Cost reporting
