At our client's prestigious law firm, our team is dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to private clients. We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic chance to gain valuable experience in a renowned organisation, known for its commitment to excellence.

As a Private Client Legal Secretary, you will play a key role in supporting our legal team with administrative and secretarial tasks. Attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities will be crucial in this role. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with document preparation, including drafting and proofreading legal correspondence, contracts, and wills.
Managing incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring prompt and accurate delivery.
Scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and coordinating meetings for the legal team.
Fielding phone calls and interacting professionally with clients, providing excellent customer service.
Maintaining confidential client information and files with the utmost integrity.
Assisting with billing and invoicing tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Supporting the team with ad-hoc administrative duties as required.To succeed in this role, you should have a solid understanding of legal terminology and procedures. Previous experience as a legal secretary or legal assistant is essential. You should also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with a professional and polished demeanour.

Key Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a legal secretary or legal assistant.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and legal case management software.
Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain client confidentiality.
