Care Manager- Domiciliary care

A leading domiciliary care company is Oxfordshire is recruiting for the exciting opportunity to join them as a Care Manager for their expanding service based in the Wantage area.
This company pride themselves on making a massive difference to those in the community and are known for providing outstanding levels of care. They are seeking someone with previous care experience and a passion for the sector. You can either be a driven supervisor looking for progression or an experienced Registered Manager to apply.

Key Responsibilities of the Care Manager:
Ensure quality and consistency is maintained throughout the service
Build and maintain excellent working relationships with staff, service users and external stakeholders
Ensure service is Compliant with CQC regulations
Effectively manage the team and ensure staff morale remains high
Continue the growth of hours among private clientsCare Manager Requirements:
Previous domiciliary care management experience
Driver with own vehicle
Driven and ambitious who loves a challenge
Fantastic knowledge of CQC regulations
A team player whose goal is to leverage good service
Level 5 qualification or working towardsBenefits:
