CFC Consult Ltd is a boutique employment and recruitment consultancy based in Hampshire placing temporary and permanent candidates in the Hospitality sector.
We specialise in recruiting for the hospitality and catering industry and we offer our clients the highest standard of service with the emphasis on professionalism at all times.
Although hospitality and catering experience is desirable it is not essential and we would consider an experienced recruiter from any genre.
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced recruitment consultants to work with existing clients and develop new client relationships.
To be considered you must have the following experience:
• A proven track record in 360 permanent/contract recruitment
• Proven track record of billings & stability
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent communication skills – oral and written
• Attention to detail in all aspects of work
• Creative thinking
• Great skills in sourcing passive candidates
• Ability to manage, nurture and build long-term relationships
• Commitment to delivering exceptional service to their clients
• Drive, passion, energy and resilience
