We're delighted to be assisting our highly-respected client in their search for a full-time permanent HR Manager. You must be a driver with your own vehicle, as there is a requirement to visit other sites around Kent and Essex (mileage will be paid).

There is a good salary on offer with benefits to include 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, a statutory pension scheme, free parking etc

You will report directly to the Managing Director. This is a stand alone role. Your main responsibilities will be around workforce & organisational development, employee relations, coaching & development, staff engagement & wellbeing, line management, as well as a number of general duties and responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

CIPD Level 5 qualified is preferred.
Minimum 5 years' HR management experience, ideally from within a similar manufacturing or transferable background.
Experience in a standalone HR generalist role.
Solid demonstrable understanding of employment law.
Excellent communication skills - able to adapt approach to all levels.
Able to complete all aspects of HR administration to desired standards.
Must be able to work on own initiative. Prioritise own workload and be flexible with urgent jobs as well as general daily tasks.
Strong commercial focus.
Experience of cultural change strategy.
