We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Surgical Ward Nurse to join a private hospital in Gatwick.
Hours: Over 7 days per week, days nights & weekends (7:00am - 19.30pm and 19:00pm - 7:30 am)
Surgical Nurse Duties:
* You will support in assessing patient’s health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload.
* Assist in the delivery of care to meet the individuals’ health and wellbeing needs.
* Provide and receive complex, sensitive or contentious information.
* Develop own knowledge and skills and that of others.
* Promote best practice in health and safety and security.
* Assist in maintaining and developing services.
Who are we looking for?
* Registered Nurse / NMC PIN (No Restrictions on practice)
* Be used to working in teams with minimum supervision.
* Experience of working in Surgical or Orthopedic
* Competence across a range of skills, supported by professional and clinical knowledge.
* Excellent communication skills.
