Are you a talented Management Accountant looking for an exciting opportunity in the manufacturing industry? Our client, a leading organisation in Newbury, is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as a Management Accountant. As part of their wider group, you will have the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to projects that are shaping the future.

You will be responsible for preparing timely and accurate management information to support informed decision-making. Reporting to the Financial Controller, your role will involve a range of responsibilities including completing monthly management accounts, reviewing balance sheet reconciliations, and monitoring project compliance. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the success of an organisation at the forefront of the industry.

What we're looking for:

CIMA or ACCA fully qualified or finalist.
Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Maths, or equivalent experience.
Experience and understanding of manufacturing environments is ideal, but not essential.
Excellent business partnering and communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
Strong systems capability, particularly with Excel.
Outstanding attention to detail and strong administration skills.
