Are you a seasoned Credit Control Risk/Solutions Manager, looking for a busy and varied role, within a fast-growing company, who offer superb benefits?

Our client is seeking a skilled credit risk / accounts receivable professional to join their small UK sales ledger team.

You will be managing the overall credit risk for the business and overseeing all the credit control functions - ensuring timely invoicing and cash collection, supporting the AR team to complete their tasks and targets.

This full time opportunity is based in Newbury, Berkshire, with some training and regular visits to other office locations (own transport/driver essential).

Must be available immediately, or at short notice and have worked in a similar AR/credit risk position to apply.

Duties will be varied and include;

* Being point of contact for business or customer credit control queries, resolving customer and invoice disputes

* Managing the overall credit risk for the business

* Daily, weekly and monthly cash collections to reduce debtor days and increase business cashflow

* Various reporting - daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly

* Liaising with solicitors and 3rd party debtor agencies

* Analysing and authorising credit solutions for existing and new customers

* Attending senior business meetings and cascading information

* Liaising with internal senior management UK and European

* Accountable for 2 direct AR reports - located in another office

* Implementing and maintaining policies and procedures around credit, taking a balanced risk approach within the guidelines set out by the CFO and FC

* Working closely with the sales and customer service teams to minimise risk

* Issuing credit limits, credit notes and legal letters

* Responsible for relationships with brokers and credit insurers

Skills required;

* CICM Level 3 or equivalent

* Strong Excel - ideally PowerBI

* Oracle NetSuite would be highly advantageous

* Confident communicator

* Multiple stakeholder sales ledger and bad debt management

* Credit control and risk management

* Analytical, reporting and problem solving

* Excellent attention to detail

Full time Mon - Fri, 9.00 - 17.30. Hybrid working options possible after training.
