The role

You will be responsible for maintaining the technical standards throughout the site with overall accountability for the technical function. You will lead, manage and support the technical team, the internal audit team, compliance team and the HACCP team. You will manage procedures and policies and ensure team members are trained and supported to understand food safety and quality systems, whilst ensuring the site has an active and positive food safety culture plan.

The person

Ideally you have previous Technical Management experience.
You will be passionate about product quality, as well as safety and legislation. You will be adaptable, resilient and must have an appetite for developing and coaching a team.
