Reporting to: CEO
If you have exceptional people leadership skills coupled with an accomplished background in operational and commercial delivery gained within a home improvement, trades, construction, energy sector (energy efficiency and low carbon) or government funded grant and capital schemes, we’d love to hear from you.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will play a key leadership role and contribute to the effective and efficient delivery of the business, supporting the TrustMark Board and CEO in the strategic objectives of the business.
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business. With an eye for detail, you will have oversight of the functional business processes and ensure that they continue to scale as we grow the business.
A strong understanding of both the public and private sector landscapes would be desirable. The ideal candidate will be familiar with governance principles and compliance requirements for not-for-profit distribution organisation.

About you:

+ Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, adept at turning challenges into opportunities

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, highly articulate and persuasive.
