We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Controller to join our team at our hub in Dartford.

About the Role

Working on our 10-year contract with Moat Homes, you will work within our team of Customer Service Controllers working together to schedule repairs jobs for Moat customers. You will be responsible for ensuring jobs have a scheduled appointment, liaising with our Moat’s Contact Centre and working with our delivery teams to provide updates. You will also be responsible for ensuring we meet our appointment promises to customers and ensuring we provide a high quality service to both Moat and its customers.

About You

Candidates will have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with strong administration, organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal. With excellent customer service skills, you’ll have previous experience within the repairs and maintenance sector or a trade-based background, with good problem solving skills.
