THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

ü  Will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) OR EQUIVALENT

ü  Have previous experience working as a KS1 Teacher or within a primary school setting (NEWLY QUALIFIED TEACHERS WILL BE CONSIDERED)

ü  A good sense of humour, the ability to relate and effectively communicate with young people and staff are essential

ü  Be enthusiastic, have a positive attitude and a passion for working with children

ü  A team player, with good communication skills

ü  Has an exciting and creative approach to teaching and learning

ü  Be able to scaffold children’s learning following their own interests

ü  Plan and deliver inclusive lessons which cater for all individual needs and abilities

ü  Have a calm and patient approach with excellent behaviour management skills
