First Achieve's Engineering Department are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Glasgow Office.

Ideally, we are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant who has a proven track record of success within the industry, extra bonus points if it's within the engineering sector… but that's not compulsory.

We are open to a "Trainee" Recruitment Consultant too, should you be interested in Recruitment as a career.

We are based in Thornliebank - it's easily accessible by train, bus or foot (depending on where you live) & if you drive, there is a car park on site which doesn't charge you. Not stating this as a benefit, simply stating a fact.

Our commission structure goes up to 32.5% of your Monthly Billings and is based on each Calendar Month's Billings. If you're a consistent biller, with decent numbers - there's some serious money to be made

We're relatively small in numbers - (for now) but we are a very ambitious business, who offer clear routes of progression - whether that be to leading/managing your own team or quite simply earning more money.

We're adults in the way we work - meaning no micromanagement, KPI's etc.

I'm not going to say "Competitive Salary" because, let's be honest - everyone hates this statement. What I will say, we are happy to discuss your salary expectations directly and if it makes sense to us as a business, we're happy to pay it.

That seems fair, right?

You have the option to run a Contract, Perm or Dual Desk. It's up to you - as long as you do it well.

We work in the office Monday to Thursday & Offer WFH on Friday - if you want, however, you have access to the office 24/7 (you can't move in though, sorry).
