Our client is a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy with offices scattered throughout the UK and because of several successful project wins, they are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer for their Glasgow office.
The Glasgow office is situated a few minutes away from Glasgow central, making commuting in on a hybrid basis a simple process.
A valued team member you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing Civil designs on assigned projects, mentoring junior staff, liaising with the in-house Structural and M+E teams as well as attending sit visits when required.
As you will be a Senior team member, it is expected that you have achieved Chartered status although, full support and training will be provided if you are not quite there yet.
Our client utilises Autocad, Civils 3d and Microdrainage software and therefore preference is given to applicants with a background of using them in a similar UK-based engineering environment.
A background of SUDS, Roads and Drainage is essential for this position.
BENEFITS
£43,000 - £53,000 (experience depending).
33 days annual leave.
35 hours.
5% Pension.
Death in service (3x salary)
