Mobile position with a hot desk in Glasgow if needed.

Drivers license

The role:

Managing a portfolio of M&E sites in the Central Belt of Scotland (responsible for 7 operatives & 1 supervisor)

* To take responsibility for the delivery of all services covered under the contract

* To ensure that all tasks are carried out to the highest standard of QHSE

* Meet contractual and budgetary requirements of the contract(s)

* Manage forecast of outturns, WIP, Accrued Income and debt, and drive to meet and improve on financial targets.

* To ensure that all works are planned and costed within the contract restraints

* Manage Operational targets for PPM, Open and Aged Jobs and Quotes

* To engage with internal Mitie business to ensure a consistent level of service is provided

* Ensure statutory and mandatory compliance and certification is in place

* To develop and maintain FMR/Risk Registers

* Asset Management and Verification

* To bring innovation to the client

* Production of monthly reports to a high standard for Management Team and client(s) as required – including presenting them. Able to identify trends, analysis and root causes and areas for continuous improvement

* Ensure that KPI’s and SLA’s are achieved to avoid financial penalties

* Ensure MFA’s are used across the portfolio wherever possible

* To Manage teams for the portfolio, including HR issues, appraisals and succession planning

* Working with Supervisor/Service Desk on job planning/schedules/productivity efficiencies

* Work closely with the clients and client teams reporting on progress and developments.

* Identify any areas for improvement in the delivery of services and implement changes as required.

* Monitor, record and investigate all accidents and near misses.

* Work closely with teams to ensure performance targets are met and all works are carried out effectively, efficiently and in a safe manner
