Salary: £34,000 per annum plus car allowance and bonus (OTE £42,200) and Veolia benefits
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Hybrid: 2-3 days a week at our Dunfermline, KY11 8NX office, WFH for remainder

What you'll be doing;

Responsible for extracting data from a network of remote data monitoring equipment, cleansing, collating and analysing the data in order to prepare monthly internal reports and quarterly reports used for billing purposes.
Lead the improvement of data handling, dashboarding and digitalisation for the entire team.
Identifying and setting up processes and software to make data and reporting more efficient.
Support the team's documentation needs in the updating and improvement of site records and Asset Register.
Supporting wider aspects of Technical Services activities and regular site visits.
Lead the interface with our water provider to regularly compare data on water consumption and check anomalies between data sets and identify any volume and financial impacts.
The role has no direct people management responsibilities, however the role holder will have an indirect Graduate working under them to teach them and develop the digitalisation delivery side of the role.

What we're looking for;

Degree level education in a relevant field (strong numeric experience preferred)
Efficient time management
Expert spreadsheet skills
Competent user of Microsoft Access
High problem solving ability
Valid Drivers Licence
Eligibility for full MoD Security Clearance
Desirable:

Knowledge of the water industry
Microsoft Power BI Desktop and Online (Report and Dataset development and management)
Development and utilisation of Prontoforms or similar data capture applications
