Salary: Up to £85k
Essential:
* Experience in Chilled/ Frozen/ High-Care food production senior management is essential
* HACCP, food safety and hygiene
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving Skills
* Have experience in driving change management and will be comfortable making tough decisions while upholding a strong set of behaviours and values.

* Support the managers to manage the day-to-day activities of Production, Warehousing, Quality, and Logistics.
* Have commercial awareness when working on business strategies to develop plans to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
* Being able to balance strategic and operational priorities will be vital in this role, you’ll need to have a hands-on approach but know when to delve into the detail or when to retain a wider perspective.
* Ensuring Compliance with external audits, i.e., BSI, BRC, Lion code, etc.
* Monitor budgets and costs effectively.
* Planning and controlling change by researching new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency.
* Have an awareness and support teams with Health and Safety in departments.
* Inspiring, coaching, developing, and mentoring your team to grow into a positive culture.
* Your leadership will be positive motivation and goal setting, leading by example.
