About the Role: Gilbert Meher is pleased to collaborate with a leading client in the healthcare sector to recruit a dedicated Home Manager for a facility in Edinburgh. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to lead a skilled team and ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents, with a focus on promoting dignity, independence, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Provide leadership and support to the care team, fostering a positive working environment.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of care, resident satisfaction, and staff engagement.
Manage budgets, resources, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external partners.

Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RN) qualification is preferred but not essential.
Previous experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager within a care home setting.
Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Excellent understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards.
A passion for delivering outstanding care and improving the lives of residents.
