Job title: Accounts Receivable/Pricing Analyst

Location/remote: Central London/ 2 days min a week working on site

Contract length: 12 months, likely to extend

Hours: full time, 37.5 hours per week

Pay rate: £18-£20 per hour PAYE (depending on experience)

Overview

Supporting the UK Finance Business Partner, this role plays an important part in covering all accounts receivable transactions and controls and uploading the UK P&L and balance sheet.

This role will also provide forecast guidance (sales/cash/trade) into latest forecasts

Responsibilities:

*

Act as a trusted adviser to the Finance Business Partner on all financial matters relating to account receivable/trade deductions and the company's bank and cash position.

*

Process all cash & trade transactions, govern and reconcile account receivable & Trade Management

*

Period-end reconciliation of cash

*

Ensure full accuracy of reconciling payment and chasing outstanding debt & updating credit-limits

*

Process all trade deductions, govern and reconcile company trade pro system.

*

Upload period P&L and balance sheet into Helios system within a timely manner

*

Pricing: ensure all pricing within UK and Ireland is updated and approved alongside SRM guidelines

*

Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure speedily processing of credit note relating to customer shortages

*

Work alongside ICTC & the 3rd party VAT providers in supporting the quarterly VAT return process, providing all necessary back up & data verification

*

Evolving and updating POWER BI slides to bring world class data/graphics formats into channel

*

Provide financial training for Sales community (closing finance capabilities gap)

*

Ensuring pricing & trade-pro is reconciled with supporting help from the sales function.

Key skills & experience:

*

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, Economics or Business Studies/ Administration (preferred)

*

ACCA professional qualification (or similar)

*

Financial accounting experience

*

Great communication skills

*

Significant experience in fast paced strong innovation/NPD, FMCG or Retail environment

*

Experience JDE & SAP: ERP platforms would be highly beneficial

*

Previous experience working with Power BI
