Up to £42,000 – Monday – Friday

Your new role
* Working in a static role you will cover a commercial building.
* Working in a Mechanical Engineering role you will be performing PPM and Reactive maintenance on Mechanical Building equipment like AHU’s, FCU’s, Pumps, Motors, General Plumbing and Fabric Equipment.
* Monday – Friday 1pm – 10pm – days only
* Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of Mechanical and building services equipment.
* Going beyond specialised duties when required like, multi-skilled maintenance changing lightbulbs, fabric maintenance, doors, plumbing and etc.
What you'll need to succeed
* We are keen to speak to Engineers who are Mechanical qualified to C&G/NVQ Levels 2,3
* Minimum of 2+ years in Mechanical building maintenance.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
* Must live within a commutable distance of London, Fitzrovia.
