Salary: £95 per day

Job Type: Full-time, Temp to perm

Contract length: 12 months

We are currently supporting a lovely school who are looking to recruit a dynamic Special Needs HLTA to join their team or committed practitioners.

Responsibilities

The expectations for this role is a Special Needs HLTA who is confident in the key competencies of their subject area, and has a broad knowledge base and understanding of the curriculum requirements to guide student learning.

This school requires a Special Needs HLTA who is comfortable with technology, online management systems, and has strong interpersonal, communication, and administrative skills.

It is important to this school that the Special Needs HLTA they hire is able to analyse assessment data and use it to inform lesson planning and structure.

Qualifications/Experience

You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent to be eligible for this Special Needs HLTA role.
To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training as a Special Needs HLTA.
