Pre-schoool room leader

Job Summary:
We are seeking two dedicated and passionate Preschool room leaders to join our team. As a room leader, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds and lives of young children. Your responsibilities will include creating a nurturing and stimulating environment, implementing age-appropriate curriculum, and fostering the social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child.

Duties:
- Develop and implement lesson plans based on the curriculum guidelines
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for children
- Plan and organize activities that promote physical, mental, and social development
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to ensure a cohesive learning experience
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and observations
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Manage classroom behavior and enforce rules and regulations

Skills:
- Experience working with children in a preschool or childcare setting
- Proficient in English language (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Ability to manage a classroom of young children with patience and compassion
- Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire young learners
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues
- Ability to drive the learning process by creating engaging activities
- Passion for providing high-quality childcare

Shifts are : -8.00 - 17:00 or 09:15 - 18:15

Pre School-Room Leader - Salary dependant on experience - up to £29,750 pa

28 days holiday - increasing after two years up to a maximum of 35 days.
On line training suite available.
7000 sq ft purpose-built nursery in the heart of the City of London.
