My client is a leading principle contractor with multiple live projects across the UK.
We are currently recruiting a Fit Out Foreman to join the company and assist in managing a residential package based in Edinburgh.
My client has ongoing work and perm opportunities available.
RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE!!!
THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!!
Foreman Responsibilities:
• Reporting and working alongside the Project Manager and Contracts Manager.
• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety
• Keeping site diaries
• Working in accordance to RAMS
• Quality Assurance.
• Managing sub contractors.
• Providing progress reports
• Managing finishing and snagging works
Foreman Requirements:
• CSCS
• SMSTS/SSSTS
• Experienced managing brickwork, dry lining, curtain walling, windows, facades, internal fit out, 1st into 2nd fix.
• 8+ years management experience
